UB South Expansion    

 

     THe program is for four 3-story academic buildings. One 3-story student center, a 500-car student parking lot, a 100-car faculty/staff parking lot, a service building and potential future residential and commerical development. The cais designed for a setting that allows for gathering plazas around the academic area. These plazas are overwhelmed with vegetation for a natural aura. In addition, the plazas are in connection to a network flow of cars, as well as pedestrian and bike lanes. In order to establish a community environment within the academic complex, an indoor/outdoor recreation center is proposed along with a recreational swimming pool tha can be in use all year round by the residents of the surrounding area.
